Guest room

Yes, we do. Please request a non-smoking room when making your reservation. Also, even if there is no room available, we may be able to prepare it, so please contact us in advance.

There are safes in some rooms, so please use them. For rooms that do not have a built-in safe, please manage it yourself.

LCD TV, Internet (Wi-Fi), Air purifier, Refrigerator, Individual air conditioner, Washing toilet seat, Hair dryer, Safety box, Clock with alarm, Hand mirror (some rooms), Hanger, Shoehorn, Mug, Gargle cup, Electricity A kettle and etiquette brush are available.

Bath towels, face towels, bath mats, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face and hand soap, toothbrushes, gowns, deodorant spray for clothes, washable slippers, and disposable shoe polish are available. For other amenities, we have prepared an amenity bar in the lobby on the 1st floor.

Basically, cleaning will be done every day. If you don't need it, please stick a magnet card that does not require cleaning on the outside door of your room. For guests who requested no cleaning for 3 days in a row, cleaning will begin on the morning of the 4th day.

Internet connection service using wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge in all guest rooms. Please prepare your own PC.

Preschool children can stay free of charge when sharing a bed.

Children of elementary school age and above are charged the same price as adults. There is no additional charge for children under elementary school age who sleep in the same room as an adult. When making a reservation, please only include the number of adults, not including the number of children. Please make a reservation as an adult if you are in elementary school or older.

We are open from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.. Last entry is until 9:00 a.m..

We serve Japanese and Western dishes in a buffet style. We also have Kumamoto specialties.

Baggage

Yamato Transport is available at the front desk. We have several types of slips for different purposes, such as cash on delivery, prepayment, and multiple slips, so please ask the front desk staff.

If you arrive before check-in time, we will keep your luggage at the front desk. Also, even after check-out, we can keep your luggage for the same day, so please feel free to ask at the front desk. Please note that we cannot store valuables or fragile luggage.
